J.M. Fire Restoration Project

Seattle, WA

This house was victim of a fire that originated in the kitchen. Fortunately, for the owners, the fire did not extensively damage the interior of the home so no major structural work was needed. What it did need was a proper smoke seal and paint to get rid of any lingering smoke odors. This is where we come in. Since this house was nicely detailed with trim work throughout it require very careful protection so as to not damage the finish on the would when spraying the smoke sealing primer. The smoke seal is a very heavy product and difficult to clean without damaging the surface it’s on so exceptional protection is necessary. After the primer was sprayed and cured, we painted the house exactly how it was previously painted.
