This house was the unfortunate recipient of a fire. Enough smoke and fire damage occurred that it had to be stripped of all its walls and ceilings, replace some framing, and repair the exterior. We were contracted to smoke seal, reinstall and finish all of the drywall, and paint both the interior and exterior. Here we are showcasing the interior paint work. It was straight forward as the homeowner had chosen only to paint one color on all surfaces.

SCOPE

  • 1448 square feet

  • One color and sheen for all surfaces, sprayed and back rolled.

  • Interior paint took about 3 days to complete. Winter weather delayed drying time of joint compound substantially

  • We supplied our air movers, generator, heaters, and dehumidifiers to aid the drying time of the material.
