Sanders Fire Damage Restoration

This project right here was a pretty straight forward fire restoration project. The general contractor hired us out to smoke seal the the framing to eliminate smoke odor and then to follow up with furnishing of the home with new drywall and paint throughout. Typical rambler house, with 8 foot flat ceilings. Total cost of the project from smoke seal, to drywall install + finishing, and paint ended up being just shy of $27,000. Now, since this was an older home with old framing it presented some challenges in making sure the drywall was all level and each edge was straight — but it was nothing our team at Shanco couldn’t handle.
